Conditions of the 12.9 3rd gen LCD with marks: There is a long mark under the outer glass at the top left corner as shown in the picture. There are also some minor marks on other sections of the screen. These marks are just cosmetic and they don't have any impact on any functionality of the iPad. And they will most like be invisible when the iPad is on.
Quality: The LCD and digitizer in the combo in this listing are original genuine Apple iPad parts. Outer glass is brand new OEM glass with the same quality as original iPad glass. End result is the same iPad display with a fresh new look. This is the highest quality LCD on the market that does not have all those issues associated with aftermarket and other refurbished LCDs. Each item has been fully tested individually before sealed for sale.
Please test the LCD and make sure it is fully functional before installing it. LCD, digitizer or outer glass is not eligible for return if it has been installed.

RETURN POLICY
Restocking fee: There will be a 15% restocking fee if order is mistakenly placed or item is no longer needed. If you have any questions regarding the item, please send us a message before purchasing.
Return shipping: Return shipping are buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of Lenwell's oversight.
Eligibility: No LCD, digitizer or outer glass is eligible for return if it has been installed. All items must be returned in their original conditions within (30) days from the purchase date if the items have not be installed. We highly recommend our customers to test the LCD and make sure it is fully functional before installing it.
DOA (Dead On Arrival): Take a picture of the outer box if you have received a damaged package. Check all the contents inside for any physical damage and send the pictures to us as evidence within 3 Days for a return or refund.
RMA: If this item does not work properly for you, please contact us via eBay message before opening a case. We will either refund or exchange right away per your request.
Warranty - 30 Days:

All the Items repaired or sold by us within 30 days without any physical damages, misuse or water damages will be covered.
• All brand-new unused items will be covered.
• All items that are covered under the warranty will be repaired, issued a store credit or exchanged.
• All store credits issued will be based on current pricing.
• All items that has been opened or repaired by anyone other than Lenwell employees will not be covered.
• Any damaged items due to improper installation, removal or misuse will not be covered.
• Any signs of pressure points on any LCD will not be accepted. They will be considered damaged by improper installation or misuse.
• Any LCD that has been installed will not be covered under the Warranty.
