Wonderful brocade design of 19th/early 20th century Victorian/Edwardian men in elegant dressing gowns (robes)
Adjustable length
Elastic back strap
Good condition: one of the adjustable clips had some corrosion on the back (not visible from the front) which has been dry sanded away to expose the steel base metal underneath the brass plating, so as not to harm the fabric with a liquid rust solvent.  This does not affect the visible suspenders at all. To stabilize, if need be, you could easily apply some clear nail polish to the affected area.
Fabric - no tag present - most likely polyester
